About this role
Role Overview
- Manage AHV EPC Projects, specifically accepting overall project responsibility
- Direct oversight of all contractual and financial obligations
- Perform and present all financial budgeting, billing, tracking and reporting
- Develop, update and report on critical path project schedules
- Lead project meetings to update and track project progress
- Work with Pre-Construction, Procurement, and Engineering
- Proactively manage Engineering & vendor drawings
- Continuously communicate with subcontractors and vendors
- Oversee and resolve project and vendor/subcontractor related issues
- Coordinate daily with Site Managers
Requirements
- College degree required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred
- 10+ years of demonstrated success in Construction Project Management
- Ability to travel to the construction project sites
