About this role
Role Overview
- Oversees configuration, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Epic Beacon, Epic Research, and Genomics modules
- Leads and mentors a team of Epic analysts
- Partners with oncology, research, pathology, and genomics stakeholders
- Ensures the integration of genomic data and external laboratory interfaces
- Manages project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Serves as product manager for Epic Research and Beacon functionalities
- Drives initiatives related to precision medicine and clinical trial management
- Collaborates with data governance and analytics teams
- Maintains expert knowledge of Epic software development lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education
- Relevant Experience (2 Years)
- Master's degree preferred
- Epic Certification
- Epic Systems preferred
- Epic Applications (5 Years) preferred
- Skills: Clinical Applications, Clinical Research, Communication, Data Governance, Leadership, Problem Solving, Regulatory Compliance, Stakeholder Management
