Provide leadership, analysis, planning, organization, communication and management necessary to support all aspects of a Shared Infrastructure Functional Area
Coordinate service delivery for their assigned Shared Infrastructure Functional Area
Provide Solution Engineering, process analysis, system design, implementation and ongoing support of systems
Ensure integrity and security of these systems
Participate in management discussions and planning at the department level to ensure adequate resources are available
Provide technical and advisory leadership and recruitment and development of professional staff
Provide disciplined project management methodology including documentation and implementation standards required to meet project milestones
Oversee validation, testing and implementation of new products and services
Review documentation related to services, solutions and interfaces
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education
Relevant Experience (6 Years)
No specific certification/professional license is required for this position
