Manager, Shared Infrastructure

Role Overview

• Provide leadership, analysis, planning, organization, communication and management necessary to support all aspects of a Shared Infrastructure Functional Area
• Coordinate service delivery for their assigned Shared Infrastructure Functional Area
• Provide Solution Engineering, process analysis, system design, implementation and ongoing support of systems
• Ensure integrity and security of these systems
• Participate in management discussions and planning at the department level to ensure adequate resources are available
• Provide technical and advisory leadership and recruitment and development of professional staff
• Provide disciplined project management methodology including documentation and implementation standards required to meet project milestones
• Oversee validation, testing and implementation of new products and services
• Review documentation related to services, solutions and interfaces

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education
• Relevant Experience (6 Years)
• No specific certification/professional license is required for this position
