Support and deliver consulting engagements focused on infrastructure capital planning, funding, policy, and compliance.
Analyze complex financial, policy, and organizational challenges related to capital improvement planning, funding strategies, and infrastructure delivery.
Prepare high-quality, publicly facing deliverables including memoranda, written reports, technical analyses, and presentations.
Participate and lead funding program initiatives, including research and policy analysis of federal, state, and local funding.
Undertake policy and funding impact analysis related to infrastructure investment decisions.
Develop quantitative models and scenario analyses using Microsoft Excel.

Knowledge of and experience with infrastructure projects, policy analysis, funding programs and financial analysis.
Direct work experience/history with government agencies, including local, state, or federal entities and utilities.
Elements of project management experience, including preparing and managing project scope, schedule, team activities, communication, and deliverables.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with, acquiring, and analyzing large data sets.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel including quantitative modeling and analysis.
Proficiency with PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro and other business systems required.
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
Self-starter capable of efficiently and proactively working independently as well as with a geographically dispersed team on multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail as deliverables are open to public review and scrutiny.
Willing to travel as needed, with travel up to 25% in the first year, potentially increasing.
