About this role
Role Overview
Own and scale paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
Manage budgets, CAC, and ROI with a performance-driven mindset
Continuously test creatives, audiences, and channels to unlock new growth levers
Analyze the full funnel (landing pages → signup → conversion)
Run A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion rates
Optimize user journeys and reduce friction points
Structure and optimize CRM workflows (HubSpot or similar)
Build automated sequences (email, lead nurturing, scoring)
Improve lead qualification and sales handover processes
Implement growth loops and lifecycle marketing strategies
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Growth / Performance Marketing
Proven track record in scaling paid acquisition campaigns
Strong experience in funnel optimization & A/B testing
Hands-on expertise with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and automation workflows
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Ability to operate both strategically and operationally
Experience in B2B or SaaS environments is a strong plus
Fluent in French
