Clinical Trial Manager

Role Overview

• Management and operational delivery of clinical trial elements
• Successful execution of assigned trials and completion of deliverables
• Ensure appropriate communication and oversight of trials
• Mentoring and training of team members
• Identify challenges and offer creative action plans
• Lead CRAs in establishing site relationships for quality oversight

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in science or health-related field
• Experience leading clinical aspects of studies across countries in a CRO/Pharma
• Significant clinical trial management experience in oncology
• Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines
• Availability for domestic and international travel
• Must be able to communicate in English
