Develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market narratives for AI agent development products targeting technical builders
Build and execute multi-channel demand programs (content, paid, email, partnerships) optimized for developer audiences
Design and run lightweight experiments to test messaging hypotheses and channel fit
Own the funnel from awareness to activation, with a bias toward pipeline quality over volume
Partner directly with PMs to design and run PMF validation sprints (surveys, cohort analysis, activation metrics)
Translate qualitative user feedback into messaging iterations and product hypotheses
Define and track leading indicators of early traction (retention, activation rates, NPS, word-of-mouth signals)
Collaborate with the sales team to align on ICP, share pipeline insights, and ensure smooth handoffs from marketing-generated interest to sales conversations

4-6+ years in growth marketing, developer marketing, or product marketing
ideally at a developer-tools or AI/ML company
Genuine technical curiosity; you don't need to code, but you need to understand what 'building an AI agent' actually involves
Experience running 0-to-1 GTM motions, not just scaling existing playbooks
Strong written voice
you can write a tweet thread, a landing page, and a positioning doc with equal fluency
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward shipping fast and learning faster
Bonus: hands-on experience with LLM APIs, agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI), or developer community building
