Performance Marketing Manager, Junior

Role Overview

• Planning, setup and management of Meta campaigns (targeting, bidding, budget)
• Continuous optimization of campaigns based on KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CPA, CPL)
• Analysis of performance data and deriving actionable recommendations
• A/B testing & scaling strategies to measure and improve creatives
• Briefings for creatives & collaboration with design and content teams
• Reporting & presentation of insights and results to stakeholders
• Participation in tracking setup (Pixel, CAPI, GA4) and data quality assurance

Requirements

• First practical experience in performance marketing or paid social ads, ideally with Meta Ads
• Confident with numbers and an analytical mindset
• Enjoy working in a data-driven way and focusing on optimization
• Strong communication skills and team player
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Nice-to-have: Experience with tracking tools (e.g., GA4, Meta Business Manager)
• Knowledge of funnel concepts, attribution or segmentation
• Interest in further developing paid social skills
