Role Overview

• Lead a policy and practice team focused on immigration and integration infrastructure
• Develop policy recommendations and practice models aligned with WES's goals
• Provide technical assistance and subject-matter expertise
• Create and manage a high performing team
• Collaborate with federal, state, and local actors to advance policy objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 10 years of experience in public policy or related fields
• Five+ years of experience in leading or managing a team
• Expertise in driving policy reforms
• Strong ability to work in ambiguous and dynamic environments
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
