Role Overview

• Develop policy recommendations and practice models aligned with WES’ goals
• Provide expertise on policy and practice barriers and remedies
• Create, manage, and mentor a high performing team
• Work collaboratively with strategic partners to advance policy objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 10 years of experience in public policy, government, or immigration-related work
• Five+ (5+) years of experience in leading or managing a team
• Demonstrated expertise in driving policy reforms, stakeholder engagement, and analysis
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
