Provides advance level of operational and application build expertise.
Performs advanced level design, build and implementation assignments/projects.
Assigned to various work/projects demonstrating ability to successfully complete tasks/assignments.
Participates in re-engineering of operational work-flow processes with end-users/business owners.
Facilitates end-user/business owner needs into system specifications and configuration requirements.
Handles navigation of migration paths, change control process/governance, and ticket management processes.
Maintains high standards for quality application design, build, testing, and other tasks.

Four (4) plus years of Epic Ambulatory build/implementation experience, preferably in Research.
Epic Ambulatory upgrade, optimization, and support experience.
Excellent verbal, written skills and critical thinking skills.
Project management experience highly preferred.
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
High School Diploma/GED required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare, or related field. (preferred)
Epic Ambulatory Certification required. (Epic Research Certification/Badge highly preferred)
