Own and evolve critical product areas for public safety agencies
Drive execution from idea through launch and iteration
Work closely with engineering team and partner cross-functionally with design, sales, and services
Launch new capabilities and incorporate AI into core workflows
Ensure products remain intuitive, performant, and responsive on the web

4–7+ years of experience building and shipping software products
Proven ability to own and deliver product areas end-to-end with a strong focus on execution
Experience working closely with engineering teams, ideally in a one team model
Comfort partnering with sales, services, and go-to-market teams to support launches and adoption
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both customers and internal stakeholders effectively
Experience building workflow-heavy or operational products; public safety experience is a plus
Interest in applying AI to real-world product workflows
A data-informed mindset with the ability to make thoughtful, driven decisions
