Write crisp, detailed product requirements and partner closely with Engineering, QA, and Design to bring solutions to life.
Balance customer impact, technical feasibility, and business priorities to make thoughtful trade-offs and keep teams focused on the highest-value work.
Define success metrics for your product areas and monitor performance post-launch to drive continuous improvement.
Analyze usage data, market trends, and competitive dynamics to inform roadmap decisions.
Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to support feature launches and ensure smooth adoption.
Serve as the subject matter expert for your product line—clearly communicating strategy, scope, and priorities across the organization.

3+ years of Product Management experience in an entrepreneurial, early stage start-up environment, ideally in SaaS/Cloud software.
Strong understanding of product management and agile principles.
Experience building a strategic roadmap, getting stakeholder buy-in, and driving major product initiatives from conception to launch.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with a "roll up the sleeves" attitude.
Customer-first mindset, focused on empathizing with customers’ problems and aligning the team around their use cases.
Creative problem solving skills, ability to work with ambiguity, and manage multiple problem areas in parallel.
Focus on outcomes over outputs, setting meaningful goals for your team aligned with company objectives.
Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills.
