Senior Analyst, Portfolio Services, Financial

Role Overview

• Support Hilton Grand Vacations by preparing and analyzing financial results
• Manage forecasting activities
• Drive process improvements across Portfolio Finance
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to enhance reporting
• Develop high‑level analyses
• Support budgeting efforts
• Deliver insights on mortgage portfolio performance
• Manage multiple projects and provide executive‑level presentations
• Contribute to strategic initiatives led by senior leadership

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience
• B.A. degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or relevant studies
• Experience with MS Office Suite: Excel (including modeling/analysis, charts, etc.), PowerPoint (including charts) is required
• Preferred technical (SQL) experience and querying data
• Demonstrates the ability to conduct data testing and validation in a highly methodical and systematic manner
• Ability to lead projects across multiple departments and analyze data
• Ability to understand complex systems and processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present to senior management and executives
• Ability to prioritize and maintain workflow under tight conditions
• Timeshare related experience
• Advanced Excel modeling skills desirable; advanced degrees and relevant certifications
• Experienced with Cognos Analytics
