Role Overview
- Answer incoming calls and provide an exceptional customer experience
- Sell the magic of 1-800-GOT-Junk? by explaining how we make junk disappear with no hassle
- Convert calls into bookings to pick up items
- Complete comprehensive training and join a team led by a team lead
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in Canada and reside in Ontario
- Fully bilingual in French and English
- Highly comfortable using telephone systems
- Able to learn new technologies and maintain a good typing speed (minimum 25 words per minute)
- Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, call centre, or other relevant experience is an asset
