Role Overview
- Provide desk-side support within dedicated region/cluster supporting all Nuffield Health sites
- Deliver high standard of support to IT users
- Resolve incidents and handle service requests in a timely manner
- Contribute to the support and implementation of the end user computing platform
- Provide 2nd line remote support to end users
Requirements
- Experience in a modern ITIL-based IT service organisation
- Technical ability of supporting major outages
- Knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Cloud technologies
- Excellent communication skills
