Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
Execute sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to provide support and resources to channel partners
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue objectives
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
Knowledge in measurement & control market, mostly related to field instrumentation, process instrumentation, Gas Process measurement, custody transfer equipments, terminals and modular systems
PLCs expertise.
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
