Senior Project Manager – Industrial Digital Transformation

Role Overview

• Support SMEs and mid-sized companies (ETIs) in their innovation and transformation.
• Take ownership of a portfolio of strategic, varied projects and operate across all phases: scoping, operational management, coordination, production deployment and change management.
• Address multiple issues and manage several project cycles simultaneously.
• Guide clients through change management to ensure sustainable adoption of deployed solutions.
• Organize knowledge transfer to the relevant teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (engineering school, computer science or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing software projects / integrations (software vendor, systems integrator or services company).
• Experience managing multiple clients and concurrent projects is essential or highly desirable.
• Knowledge of the industrial sector or a strong interest in technical environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, strong leadership and project coordination abilities.
• Good level of English is desirable.
