About this role
Role Overview
Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver technical and operational programs on time, within budget, and to defined quality and performance standards.
Drive internal capability development initiatives, including manufacturing readiness, test infrastructure, process improvement, and technology enablement projects.
Implement Daily and Visual Management tools to monitor KPIs, improve execution rigor, and support continuous improvement.
Partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and business leaders to translate strategic objectives into executable program plans.
Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, schedule, and resource risks proactively to ensure program continuity and long‑term organizational benefit.
Provide clear, data‑driven program updates and risk assessments to internal stakeholders and leadership.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and disciplined execution across technical and business teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
5+ years of technical or program management experience, ideally within microelectronics, semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, or related industries.
Experience leading internal development, process improvement, or capability‑building initiatives strongly preferred.
Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, MS Planner, and Jira
Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., ITAR) or defense‑adjacent programs is a plus.
PMI/PMP certification preferred; equivalent experience or training considered.
