As a Senior PM you will be the strategic driver of transformation programs, owning complex workstreams, engaging with senior stakeholders, and ensuring clarity and direction amid shifting priorities.
You will combine structured project management with clear change leadership to deliver solutions that improve operational excellence, reduce risk, and improve quality performance across Vestas.
Oversee large, complex transformation programs that span multiple functions and regions, and ensure strategic alignment by working closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Develop robust program structures, including governance, milestones, risk management, and reporting frameworks, and own program planning, scope definition, resource allocation, and financial tracking.
Ensure a clear change management focus, including stakeholder analysis, communication planning, and adoption activities.
Facilitate decision‑making forums, steering committees, and cross‑functional workshops, and promote collaboration across the value chain to ensure alignment and delivery against program goals.
Track program performance, spot risks early, and lead mitigation and recovery efforts.
Prepare high‑quality presentations and insights for executive stakeholders.
Coach and guide project teams and junior PMs to ensure structured execution and continuous development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Quality Management, or a related field
8+ years of experience in project or program management in a global organisation
Demonstrated experience leading large, cross-functional transformation programs
Advanced skills in project management methodologies, tools, governance structures, Quality Management Systems and operational excellence principles
Experience presenting to senior leadership
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and some experience with PM tools
Fluency in English.
