Shepherd and serve the team using the core principles of Lead, Develop, Care to provide strategic oversight and direction to the Staff Engagement Team.
Collaborate with the CEO and Strategy Leadership Team (SLT) to align staff engagement strategies with organizational goals.
Oversee the development and execution of care initiatives that help staff navigate critical roles or life transitions.
Champion the implementation of assessments that help staff explore their unique SHAPE and how it influences their work.
Evaluate and improve processes related to ministry partner development.
Requirements
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Undergraduate degree required.
At least 5 years of ministry leadership experience required.
Understand, affirm, and adhere to Launch Global’s Statement of Faith.
Agree to uphold Launch Global’s Vision, Mission, and Values.
Demonstrate Christ-likeness in accordance with biblical values.
Participate in a child safety training program upon hire and other similar employment-related requirements.
Attend Launch Global conferences and retreats.
Maintain financial support.
