Role Overview
- Drive clinical adoption and credibility: Build trust with physicians and medical stakeholders
- Lead clinical training and education: Deliver training for physicians
- Own onboarding and go-live execution: Coordinate and support client onboarding
- Be the customer voice internally: Capture feedback from clients and clinicians
- Partner across teams: Work closely with Sales to support demos and pilots
- Represent the brand: Act as a Powerful Medical ambassador
Requirements
- Degree in medicine or a related healthcare field
- Practical clinical experience is a strong advantage
- Client-facing experience
- Strong communicator: Fluent in English and Slovak or Czech
- Healthcare workflow understanding
- Customer-facing mindset
- Ownership: Hands-on, dependable, and proactive
- Mission-driven: Passion for healthcare + technology
