About this role
Role Overview
Handle inquiries via email, phone and ticketing systems
Maintain and manage customer accounts in Salesforce
Create and analyze reports using Salesforce, Tableau and Google Sheets
Support planning and delivery of training sessions
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to develop processes
Maintain internal work instructions and drive process improvements
Requirements
Experience in customer support, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
Confident, routine use of digital tools and systems
Ability to quickly learn new applications (e.g., CRM systems such as Salesforce)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and requests concurrently
Excellent German (C1)
Good written and spoken English
