About this role
Role Overview
Provide professional online advice to our end customers on optimizing their insurance coverage (by phone, e-mail, and video calls)
Directly support colleagues from other insurance specialties with complex inquiries and individual customer needs
Learn and become familiar with existing technical concepts, processes, and IT systems
Analyze current quotation and application processes
Develop and draft new technical concepts to optimize these processes
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., apprenticeship or equivalent qualification)
Professional experience in the insurance sector, sales, or broker environment is advantageous — but not required
Interest in digital transformation and process optimization
You have an independent working style and are comfortable with continuous change
You are reliable and enjoy taking responsibility
You are communicative and a true team player
You keep a cool head even in stressful situations
