Manage the EnerSys Operating System (EOS) transformation efforts
Implement and support actions that bring about improvements to operation and process
Actions may include safety, quality, delivery, cycle time, and inventory levels
Develop / Deploy Lean Roadmap / Transformation Plan in allocated areas accordingly with Corporate Lean Roadmap

Proven Lean Background
Experience-based on sustained continuous improvement results
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Intermediate to advanced computer skills in MS Office
Ability to create spreadsheets for analysis and tracking data-based metrics
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to understand and manage complex cross-functional business process projects
Preferred Lean, Six Sigma or project management qualifications
Preferred experience in battery manufacturing and Six Sigma and/or lean manufacturing
