About this role
Role Overview
- Own the development and annual refresh of the company wide Risk Register
- Contribute to high-stakes project teams (including licensing applications)
- Design and implement a scalable policy and procedure management framework
- Identify friction points in workflows and partner with Product and Engineering teams for AI-driven solutions
- Act as a senior point of contact for the Dublin team on compliance and business growth balance
Requirements
- 3+ years in a senior compliance or regulatory role, ideally within Fintech or fast-paced financial services environment
- Comfort with ambiguity and confidential projects
- Understanding of how LLMs and automation can be applied to financial crime and monitoring
- Ability to simplify complex regulations into internal processes
