5+ years of experience in a compliance-related role
Post-secondary degree in business or a related discipline is an asset
In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance relating to a complex financial institution
Strong knowledge and understanding of industry standards and best practices relevant to Canadian credit unions
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including data science, AML, Risk, and Product
Strong written and verbal communication skills for developing creative solutions
