Automate and improve recurring internal processes (pre-accounting in tools connected to our bank accounts, etc.)
Prepare sales-related appendices, calculate and validate commissions and bonuses in coordination with managers to prepare payroll
Prepare monthly reporting in collaboration with our external accountants (send required items: supporting documents, provisions, etc.; update internal reporting based on received documents: Trial Balances, General Ledger, etc.)
Draft the monthly report for our shareholders
Model the budget / Business Plan in consultation with the Secretary General, the Finance Manager, and our shareholders
Participate in potential merger and acquisition operations
Requirements
2 years of experience in transaction services, ideally with assignments for scale-ups or privately held companies backed by Private Equity (ideally at firms such as Ernst & Young, Eight Advisory, PwC, Deloitte)
Fluent in English is required and good knowledge of Spanish
Excellent command of Microsoft Office and SQL
Adaptability to a changing and challenging environment, working with stakeholders whose accounting/finance knowledge varies
Experience with international structures or geographic expansion is a plus (management of multiple legal entities, currencies, etc.)
