F&B Operations Manager – Head of Operations

Role Overview

• Disciplinary responsibility for workshop supervisors, work preparation and site management (approx. 40 employees).
• Introduction and further development of assembly and quality standards worldwide.
• You analyze, design and improve — from assembly planning to international site logistics.
• You develop the assembly business strategically — with a focus on efficiency, quality and scalability.

Requirements

• Several years of operational leadership experience in plant engineering or special-purpose machinery construction with international exposure.
• Technical degree (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Production Engineering) or equivalent qualification with additional training as a Meister (master craftsman) / technician.
• Structured leader with management competence and a hands-on mentality.
• Proficient in production control, assembly planning and process management.
• Experienced in intercultural environments, confident in complex project structures.
• Business-fluent German and English – additional languages welcome.
