Introduction and further development of assembly and quality standards worldwide.
You analyze, design and improve — from assembly planning to international site logistics.
You develop the assembly business strategically — with a focus on efficiency, quality and scalability.
Requirements
Several years of operational leadership experience in plant engineering or special-purpose machinery construction with international exposure.
Technical degree (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Production Engineering) or equivalent qualification with additional training as a Meister (master craftsman) / technician.
Structured leader with management competence and a hands-on mentality.
Proficient in production control, assembly planning and process management.
Experienced in intercultural environments, confident in complex project structures.
Business-fluent German and English – additional languages welcome.
