Set up and manage HR systems, policies, and documentation
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
Design for scale: identify bottlenecks, eliminate manual work, and improve process resiliency so that processes stay reliable as volume grows
Monitor data integrity and implement proactive audits to detect and correct errors in our systems and processes
Support performance review cycles and goal-setting processes
Partner with managers on feedback, development, and retention
Design and run onboarding programs for new hires
Act as the go-to person for employee queries and support
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
Manage payroll inputs, benefits administration, and vendor coordination
Reinforce consistent application of HR policies and procedures by providing process guidance and escalating issues appropriately
