Role Overview
- Lead, develop and inspire multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative, results-oriented and customer-focused environment.
- Act strategically to strengthen controls, raise the level of governance and reduce operational risks.
- Manage and ensure proper processing of operations and regulatory compliance;
- Respond to internal and external audits;
- Lead automation, digitization and systems integration projects within operational environments;
- Promote a culture of efficiency and reduction of rework, with a focus on scalability and quality;
- Identify opportunities to review processes, standardize procedures and remove bottlenecks;
- Create, monitor and report operational KPIs, ensuring visibility of performance and data-driven decision making;
- Prepare executive materials for presentation to the board, highlighting strategic perspective, risks and opportunities.
- Act in partnership with Credit, Product, Legal, Trading Desk, Commercial, Technology, Risk, Compliance and other areas;
- Participate in internal and external forums representing Wholesale Operations.
- Interface with financial institutions, counterparties, clearing houses, custodians and regulators.
Requirements
- Solid experience in wholesale operations, team management and leading multidisciplinary projects.
- Strong analytical skills, organization, communication and critical thinking.
- Strategic vision with a focus on automation, efficiency and controls.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and artificial intelligence.
- University degree completed.
