About this role
Role Overview
- Provide support to Omie customers via chat and phone to resolve their questions and issues;
- Perform remote access to customers' machines;
- Create step-by-step procedural guides in image/text or video formats;
- Escalate systemic issues to the Product Specialists team;
- Redirect chats or phone calls to other departments;
- Handle chats related to invoice rejection issues.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university degree (preferred);
- Familiarity with the Omie system (preferred);
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (preferred);
- 2 years of experience as an intern or assistant.
