Play a leading role in guiding Pharmascience toward increased cybersecurity maturity.
Responsible for threat analysis, optimizing our security posture, and overseeing our technology ecosystem.
Actively contribute to the development and implementation of the cybersecurity strategy.
Continuously assess and improve security maturity using recognized frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).
Serve as a technical reference and advise senior management on strategic security direction.
Administer, configure, and optimize the Microsoft security suite.
Conduct in-depth threat and vulnerability analyses to identify potential risks.
Perform regular security assessments to identify gaps.
Participate in security audits and address compliance requirements.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, with proven experience in a senior role.
Deep expertise with the Microsoft security suite, including design, implementation, and management of cloud and hybrid security solutions.
Strong analytical and synthesis skills to interpret complex data, identify threat patterns, and make informed decisions.
Solid skills in the following areas: network security, operating system security, identity and access management (IAM), and application security.
Bilingual French/English: the role requires collaboration with regulatory authorities and vendors and/or clients located outside the province of Quebec.
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, or Microsoft-specific certifications (e.g., AZ-500, SC-200) are strongly preferred.
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical sector or another highly regulated environment is a major asset.
Ability to use scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to automate security tasks.
