Role Overview
- Contribute to the design and implementation of prebuilt components for DialogFlow CX
- Develop and deploy chat and voice bots for customers, enhancing the overall customer experience using natural language processing engines like Dialog Flow ES/CX
- Write efficient code in NodeJS to manage complex dialogues and conversations seamlessly
- Implement an innovative feedback reporting system leveraging Language Model (LLM) and Generative AI.
Requirements
- Bachelor in Computer Science or any related field
- 1
- 2 years of experience
- Conversational AI: Dialog Flow ES/CX (or any similar technology e.g. Amazon Lex or IBM Watson), LUIS, CLU, Bot. Framework, Bot Composer, NLP, Gen AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, VoiceFlow, Lex and Langchain.
- Programming: JavaScript, TypeScript, Nest.js, Python.
- Cloud Technologies: Google CCAI, Amazon Connext, Azure AI Cognitive Services, AWS Lambda.
- Databases: MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
