Lead the marketing strategy, ensuring brand consistency and positioning in domestic and international markets
Manage and develop the marketing team, allocating responsibilities across areas — branding, digital, demand generation, product marketing, and employer branding
Build and execute the annual marketing plan, with clear targets for qualified lead generation, brand awareness, and support for the sales funnel
Integrate marketing and sales, ensuring demand initiatives translate into real opportunities for the commercial team
Define and monitor department KPIs — CAC, CPL, campaign ROI, organic and paid reach — with regular reports to the executive board
Drive the brand’s content and communications strategy across multiple channels, including bilingual (PT/EN) production for domestic and international audiences
Oversee the company’s employer branding, positioning Amorim Global as a reference employer for global talent
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields
Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or team coordination position
Proven experience with marketing for high-value B2B or B2C services
Strong command of digital marketing: paid media, SEO, social media, marketing automation, and performance analysis
Advanced or fluent English, with ability to communicate orally and in writing in a professional context
Strong analytical skills — able to read data, make metric-driven decisions, and present results clearly
