Build and manage a sales pipeline in close coordination with a dedicated marketing and sales development team.

Own the full sales cycle — from qualified opportunity to contract signing — followed by handover to our account management team.
Perform deep qualification of the customer situation, both at the HR function level and across the broader organization, and develop the business case for Personio accordingly.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in new business sales for B2B SaaS or B2B software solutions, including at least 3 years’ experience in the public sector.
Experience with complex software procurement and tendering processes for organizations with more than 500 employees.
Passion for the digitalization of the public sector.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with a desire to actively shape the growth and development of the public sector and to test new approaches to achieve this.
Excellent qualification skills, enabling you to identify needs at both the functional (HR) and organizational levels.
High-quality sales training completed, ideally with MEDDIC methodology.
Self-motivated, with a habit of challenging yourself to improve every day.
