In this key role you take technical ownership of projects: from architecture to quality assurance, while leading a development team.
In close collaboration with project managers you develop concepts and decision frameworks that guide both clients and our teams safely through the project.
You coach and mentor developers, introduce best practices and set technical standards.
You evaluate new technologies and ensure our solutions remain future-proof.
You maintain the balance between hands‑on coding and strategic foresight.
You translate complex requirements into smart, usable products.
Requirements
You are an experienced architect of web solutions — preferably with Craft CMS or another solid foundation; the main thing is that you understand the mechanics behind it.
Proficient with frontend frameworks, preferably Vue.js — and you know which tool makes sense in which situation.
Extensive experience designing system architectures and integrations (APIs, shop systems such as Shopware, headless CMS) and working with cloud environments.
You think beyond code and focus on solutions: scalability, security and sustainability are not buzzwords for you but everyday practice.
You enjoy technically leading teams, sharing knowledge and jointly setting high standards.
Positive mindset with a sense of humor — we are professional, but never stuffy.
Ideally a FH/HF (university of applied sciences) degree or equivalent practical experience.
Fluent German (English is a nice-to-have).

Always up to date. We value and encourage the use of new technologies. If you have a cool idea, you’ll get time to pursue it.
Flexible working hours. We don’t impose strict rules on work–life balance as long as it aligns with project needs.
Plenty of coffee to keep your energy up on a rainy day. We do latte art — hearts, cacti, “squashed snails” and more...
