Support the organization and coordination of external events: trade shows, conferences, customer events, distributor events, industrial site visits and seminars, in collaboration with the Marketing Operations team.
Translate and adapt marketing materials into French, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and the technical accuracy of content.
Participate in the creation and rollout of local marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Contribute to the management and regular updating of local websites: publishing news, and aligning content with Xylem’s global sites.
Monitor website performance (web analytics when available) and assist in implementing SEO actions to increase traffic and generate qualified leads.
Manage and drive engagement on local social media channels to strengthen brand visibility and promote Xylem solutions.
Participate in the creation and coordination of local marketing content (press releases, case studies, trade press articles, etc.).
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, sales), media, customers and agencies, ensuring required approvals are obtained before publication.
Requirements
Currently studying Marketing, Communications or a related field
Fluent French is required
Good command of English is essential (international environment)
Excellent writing and editorial skills
Creative mindset, proactive and able to work independently
Curious, motivated and able to take initiative
Comfortable working cross-functionally with different departments (sales, technical, IT, etc.)
Knowledge of InDesign or layout tools (a plus)
Interest in analytics, project tracking and digital marketing
