Assists in the procurement process for utilities by supporting the Global Category Manager
Supports the development of requests for proposals (RFPs) and contracts for utility services
Provides technical support in troubleshooting utility-related issues
Assists with the relationships with key utility suppliers
Collaborates with facilities management, operations and finance teams
Supports the implementation of energy-saving initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in Energy Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or Business Administration field
2 years of experience in utilities management, indirect procurement, or technical support roles
Familiarity with utility billing systems, energy management software, and environmental regulations
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
Understanding of energy efficiency technologies and green energy solutions
Proficient in English communication
