Execute and analyze loss prevention activities across Grupo Natureza units, focusing on inventory control, operational audits and investigation of discrepancies to mitigate financial risks, ensure inventory accuracy and strengthen internal controls in stores, distribution centers and resellers.
Conduct operational audits in stores, distribution centers and other units, validating compliance with inventory, receiving and shipping procedures to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate operational losses on a regular basis.
Monitor and audit the execution of full and cycle inventories, analyze stock discrepancies and propose action plans to ensure the accuracy of system balances as required.
Investigate incidents of loss, theft, fraud and inventory shrinkage, analyzing CCTV footage and documentary evidence to prepare technical reports supporting disciplinary or corrective measures when necessary.
Monitor loss and shrinkage KPIs, analyze movement reports to identify risk patterns and provide data to support leadership decision-making on a daily basis.
Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to loss prevention, guiding units on best practices to standardize internal controls continuously.
Perform technical visits and on-site audits at units, validating processes in new operations and reinforcing a loss-prevention culture according to schedule.
Provide support to the Asset Security area in analyzing incidents affecting inventory, integrating security and inventory information regularly.
Log and monitor loss requests and incidents via the ticketing system, ensuring issues are handled within established deadlines on a daily basis.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Logistics, Business Processes or related fields.
2 to 5 years of experience in loss prevention, stock/audit inventories or logistics.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data analysis).
Familiarity with ERP systems and monitoring tools (CCTV).
Technical knowledge of cycle counting methodologies and risk analysis.
Strong analytical skills, investigative mindset and results orientation.
Good written communication skills for preparing technical reports.
Availability for travel and visits to the company’s units.
