Governance and Executive Routines: Lead the development of executive materials, management rituals and reports for the board/directors, ensuring transparency and clarity on the progress of initiatives.
Stakeholder Management and Influence: Negotiate priorities with cross-functional areas to enable projects. The ability to critique processes and manage requests is essential to ensure the team's effort consistently delivers business value.
Business Case and Expansion: Develop feasibility studies for pilots, monitor budgets and identify new market opportunities (innovation) beyond the currently mapped initiatives.
Business/Tech Bridge: Translate channel needs to technology and product teams, track deadlines and ensure delivered solutions meet frontline operational requirements.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields. Postgraduate degree/MBA in Project Management or Business is a plus.
Project Experience: Solid experience leading structural projects (from design to implementation), preferably in Retail, Franchises or New Channels.
Business Ownership: Ability to build business cases and manage budgets for initiatives under your responsibility.
Stakeholder Management: Experience in executive decision forums, with the ability to influence cross-functional areas and negotiate conflicting priorities.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in management methodologies and the ability to translate data into action plans and reports for the executive team.
Behavioral Profile: Sense of urgency, resilience to deal with ambiguity and an ownership mindset to anticipate risks in the roadmap.
