About this role
Role Overview
Provide customer service via phone, chat and ticketing system, ensuring cordiality and efficiency
Log, monitor and route tickets according to internal workflows
Enter and verify invoices in the system
Support general administrative routines, such as document organization, spreadsheet management and support to internal departments
Keep records up to date and organized, ensuring information compliance
Assist in meeting deadlines and administrative processes for the area.
Requirements
High school diploma (technical education or a degree in Administration or related fields preferred)
Previous experience in administrative routines and/or customer service
Basic knowledge of invoice entry
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days on-site
Taquaral, Campinas)
Reside in Campinas or surrounding area
Experience with ticketing systems (Qualitor)
Experience in administrative or financial environments
Knowledge of SAP systems.
