Applications & Education: clinical adoption, utilization optimization, and training strategy
Product Management: continuous feedback loop on roadmap, enhancements, and field requirements
Act as the primary regional interface between:
Field teams and product management
Customers and internal stakeholders
Lead key customer engagements, executive briefings, and strategic account planning
Capture voice-of-customer insights and translate them into product, commercial, and service actions
Lead regional launch execution for new products and features
Own adoption acceleration plans, including:
Training & certification programs
Early-adopter strategies
Reference site development and case studies
Establish operating cadence with Sales and functional leaders
Track and report on key performance indicators: Revenue, margin, pipeline, win rates, adoption, customer satisfaction
Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making
Requirements
Leadership experience in major Software organization in both sales and marketing.
Cancer therapy, radiation therapy and/or imaging industry experience preferred.
Demonstrates advanced understanding and application of management approaches for work direction, motivation, and performance management.
Demonstrates and applies advanced knowledge of strategic planning, cross-functional business practices, and operating procedures for a major functional area.
Previous sales and operations management experience.
Prior experience managing P&L center preferred.
Strong analytical skills and understanding of strategic business goals.
Proven track record in driving, developing and mentoring high performance teams.
Strong work ethic and commitment.
Demonstrated ability to form relationships and collaborate with senior management in field sales, service, education, and product management organization.
