You are jointly responsible for building and expanding the Machinery & Plant Engineering segment.
To achieve growth targets, you develop innovative ideas and strategies within your area of responsibility.
Through structured, targeted and professional client acquisition, you win new customers for filling key positions (both interim and permanent).
Based on market observations, you develop strategies to identify and optimally exploit opportunities and are responsible for their implementation.
You manage our existing clients, continuously expand cooperation at management level, and are responsible for developing and managing key accounts, with a focus on the upper mid-market and corporate clients.
You lead placement processes for (inter)national mandates, work hand-in-hand with our research specialists, and conduct targeted interviews with managers.
You are a brand ambassador for KEYPLAYER in your segment and impress our clients by filling high-caliber positions at well-known brands and hidden champions at senior and middle management levels.
You are responsible for expanding our adviser board for the segment and for coordinating and collaborating with the advisers.
Requirements
You have at least five to ten years of professional experience in personnel consulting (interim and/or executive search) with a focus on machinery & plant engineering, and possibly operational experience from industry or from a consulting firm specialized in this segment — or you are recognized as a top manager in the segment and well‑networked, with a personal affinity for sales and business development.
You have strategic foresight for expanding the client base and the segment.
Business development, people and client satisfaction are your passion; achieving goals and successfully managing demanding mandates is a rewarding task for you.
