Assist customers in Spanish and English, ensuring personalized, high-quality service;
Provide detailed information about vehicle rentals, services offered, timelines, and company policies, ensuring all customer questions are addressed;
Resolve customer requests on first contact whenever possible, demonstrating proactivity and efficiency in problem-solving;
Investigate cases that require access to internal systems, interdepartmental validations, or document analysis, ensuring accurate and complete resolutions;
Perform financial adjustments, reprocessings, and regularizations, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of transactions;
Forward and follow up on requests with other departments, ensuring customer requests are handled promptly and effectively;
Ensure customers clearly understand the next steps, when applicable, providing transparent and effective communication.
Requirements
Proven fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written);
High school diploma or currently enrolled in higher education (progress toward a degree is desirable);
Previous experience in customer service or related areas;
Daily monitoring of metrics and results is essential, ensuring agility in decision-making and rapid course corrections.
