Define and maintain the operational architecture of HubSpot, including pipeline structure, custom properties, custom objects, required criteria per stage, and permission controls
Design and evolve integrations with ERP, financial systems, and other tools used by the revenue operation
Develop and maintain operational automations and data synchronizations via API
Ensure consistency and reliability of information between the CRM and the data stores used for analysis
Implement and maintain data governance practices, including validation rules, duplicate control, completeness monitoring, and periodic audits
Support the structuring of data required to analyze funnel, revenue, and retention metrics
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure that system and data structures properly support operational processes and business metrics
Document architecture, integrations, critical flows, and technical standards in collaboration with the processes team
Act as the technical owner responsible for the integrity of the revenue operation systems ecosystem
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of CRM administration experience (preferably HubSpot)
Experience with custom objects
Experience with API integrations
Experience with complex automations
Experience with data modeling
Experience with BI tools (Looker or similar)
Structured analytical skills
Advanced Excel; SQL knowledge preferred
HubSpot certification
Experience in B2B SaaS companies
Experience integrating CRM with financial systems or ERP
Experience in Revenue Operations structures
Experience in high-growth environments
