Monitor and analyze the sales funnel, identifying conversion bottlenecks between stages
Track Customer Success indicators, including churn, expansion, account health, and account coverage
Analyze reasons for lost sales opportunities and identify patterns that impact conversion
Support forecast governance and monitor the evolution of the commercial pipeline
Monitor individual and team performance metrics for the commercial/sales team
Track the quality of execution of the commercial process and account management in Customer Success (CS)
Structure recurring analyses to support Sales and Customer Success leadership decisions
Build and maintain operational dashboards and reports in Looker
Ensure consistency of metrics used across teams
Work with departments to implement structural improvements identified in analyses

Previous experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or commercial performance roles
Experience analyzing the sales funnel and revenue metrics
Experience with SaaS metrics (churn, expansion, NRR, funnel conversion)
Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
Experience with BI tools or dashboard platforms (Looker or similar)
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability
Structured analytical thinking
Ability to translate data into clear recommendations
Clear, objective communication with business teams
Ability to influence without direct hierarchical authority
Organized and disciplined in managing metrics
Proactive in challenging processes and proposing improvements
