About this role
Role Overview
- Ensure operational efficiency and maximize customer retention within top customer accounts.
- Manage smaller-dollar renewals and contracts.
- Act as a primary internal resource for senior Account Directors.
- Collaborate closely with senior ADs to assist with strategic tasks.
- Proactively monitor customer health metrics for assigned accounts.
- Become fluent in using our CRM (Salesforce) and pricing tools.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of professional experience in an account support, inside sales, sales development, or account management role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce highly preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Motivated self-starter who thrives in a supportive, team-centric environment
