Develop, enhance, and maintain operational processes supporting investment data needs
Act as primary liaison between Portfolio Managers and key internal partners
Ensure data integrity and consistency between investment systems
Own the setup and ongoing maintenance of portfolios, securities, transactions, and pricing
Reconcile investment data across systems daily
Provide analytical and operational support to Portfolio Managers
Prepare reports for Portfolio Management, Boards, Risk Management, and Clients
Identify and document process improvements and system enhancements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Math, Accounting or Business Administration required
MBA, CFA or other professional designation preferred
10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, math or investment operational role
Strong understanding of fixed income financial instruments and markets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced capabilities in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Power BI
Experience with report design and business intelligence tools such as SAP Crystal Reports, SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence, or similar
Experience using a Bloomberg Terminal, including PORT, is highly desired
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Commitment to professional development; post-graduate education or professional certifications may be required
Willingness to travel occasionally (up to one or two times per year)
