About this role
Role Overview
Support strategy formulation projects focused on operational excellence, innovation, and growth
Conduct internal and external analyses (market, competitors, customer segments) to identify opportunities and risks
Gather and analyze data within the insurance and financial services industries
Develop insights using benchmarking against competitors and best-in-class companies
Assist in structuring business problems, forming hypotheses, and guiding data collection and analysis
Translate research findings into clear recommendations and business solutions
Present insights, conclusions, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
Create roadmaps and strategic initiatives aligned with business goals
Define and track performance metrics to measure strategy execution and outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, business units) on key initiatives
Support multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Facilitate strategic planning processes and stakeholder discussions
Contribute to continuous improvement of research tools, methodologies, and reporting frameworks
Mentor team members in areas such as project management, critical thinking, and problem-solving
Ensure best practices in research, benchmarking, and change management are applied
Requirements
Experience in strategy consulting, insurance, or market research/analytics
Proven experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and benchmarking
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and experience using structured methodologies (e.g., hypothesis-driven approach, Six Sigma is a plus)
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MBA or similar, with focus on Marketing or Research) preferred
